I am deeply devoted to providing a quality product and promote healthy communication. If a project fails to meet my standards it will be canceled at no cost to a client. If I do not feel comfortable with business relationship I will refuse the project. Work performed is done with the client in mind and my aim is to exceed expectations in any way possible. My services aren't cheap and I appreciate being selected for the job so my appreciation will be evident in the result.

Fee Chart

Base Costs Ported Character $75 - $100 These are characters that have an existing model that can be rigged and implemented into another game. Custom Character $150 - $250 These are characters that require custom modeling of the character or assets. Character Revisions $50 to $100 These are characters that are existing in game or mods that require changes and must be accompanied with proof the OC is unreachable, has denied the request, or provided written permission. Simple Swaps $10 per item The technology to do this type of work is free and requires low skill level modding. It is advised to learn to do this on your own but can be provided if still desired. Negotiated Work. $50+ This is for work that doesn't quite fit the mold of the above types. Price will be confirmed prior to any payment or work.

Service provided is implementation of a modified Character model, foreign model, and texture replacement/manipulation. within an existing game. All rights with regard to the game and any modified assets are exclusive to the game creator. All custom models created and used in the mod are owned by the creator unless rights are negotiated differently.

Time frame 4 - 8 weeks and require response to requests for clarification within 48 hrs to avoid delays Updates will be provided at creators discretion with an aim for once a week or upon request.

Further modification of work is authorized by a 3rd party for personal use only (no redistribution) unless granted written permission to do otherwise or exclusivity was agreed to and paid for via documented negotiation.

Cancelation Either party may cancel at anytime. If client cancels, half of the total cost will be reimbursed minus any transaction fees (proof of fees will be provided). If creator cancels, full amount paid will be reimbursed unless deliveries have already been provided; in that case half the value of delivered work will be refunded including associated processing fees.

Revisions or additions after initial agreement. Changes can be requested during work and after delivery of mod. Pricing will be based on fee chart but may incur additional negotiated cost due to level of effort to implement.

Discounts 15% discount off full amount

• Partnership agreement. Reserved for streamers and people with followers that exceed 500. 2 month commitment.

10% off full amount

• Repeated customers that spent $50 on previous works
• Loyalty customer that spent $150 on previous works

5% off full amount

• Advertising Discount. Requires client to advertise with links to RebornMods socials on thier own social media/streams at least once.
• Subcriber Discount. Requires active subscription at $10 level on DeviantArt or Patreon

Process.

1. Client will be provided either a general or itemized list of tasks to be performed.
2. Client will review task list and address any concerns.
3. Upon confirmation of work the client will be provided a date of earliest payment as the initial payment initiates the schedule. ANY PAYMENT PRIOR THAN DATE SPECIFIED IS NON REFUNDABLE AND WILL NOT START THE SCHEDULE.
4. Full payment upfront must be authorized by creator as it allows for top priority which may not be possible at time of request.
5. Schedule is typically 4 - 8 weeks. Delayed responses or discussed situations may extend the deadline. Expedited service can be requested at negotiated premium dependent on the circumstances.
6. Creator will provide updates upon request and may provide them at shorter intervals. 1 update request per week is included...additional may not receive response.
7. Creator may post WIP screenshots on social media.
8. During the build elements of the mod may become usable for testing purposes. These test builds can be made available to clients once paid in full.
