Background Info
I have been working with 3d modeling and modding the Tekken series since 2019. I have done hundreds of mods over the years with the goal to keep getting better.
I accept commissions because I'm always modding and working on some type of project out of personal curiosity. Commissions are the cost for me to gather up all of my passion to create and apply it to what someone else wants to create instead. Luckily, I have a job outside of this and do not rely on it; however, it does take up a lot of personal time and resources.
Once a request becomes a commission it is like family for me and will be treated the same as if it was my own personal project. For this reason, my prices may seem a bit higher than others. I encourage all Clients to shop around before coming to me. Feel free to ask around about me before engaging. Discounts
Discount rates apply on future orders once the conditions are met. Project Discount applies on specific projects only.

Payment Methods
I accept PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. All prices are in USD. Projects under $25 require full payment upfront. Projects over $25 require a 50% deposit upfront and full payment before receiving any Work-in-Progress or finished works. The deposit is based on the total price before any discount is applied.Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel at any time before receipt of any portion of the requested work. If the client cancels, half of the total cost will be reimbursed minus any transaction fees (proof of fees will be provided). If the creator cancels, the full amount paid will be reimbursed unless deliveries have already been provided; in that case, half the value of the delivered work will be refunded including associated processing fees. If a discount was provided then the amount of the refund will be based on the total after the discount.
Revision Terms
Revisions or additions after the initial agreement will incur a $10 fee per change. Changes can be requested during work and after delivery of the mod. Pricing for changes will be based on the fee chart but may incur additional negotiated costs due to the level of effort to implement.Outline of how work is scheduled and key milestones

| 4 | Full payment upfront must be authorized by the creator as it allows for top priority which may not be possible at the time of the request. |
| 5 | The Schedule is typically 4 - 8 weeks. Delayed responses or discussed situations may extend the deadline. Expedited service can be requested at a negotiated premium dependent on the circumstances. |
| 6 | The Creator will provide updates upon request and may provide them at shorter intervals. 1 update request per week is included... addition may not receive a response. |
| 7 | Creator may post WIP screenshots on social media. |
| 8 | During the build elements of the mod may become usable for testing purposes. These test builds can be made available to the Client once paid in full. |
| 9 | Once the mod is initially finished the Client will receive 72 hours to conduct a full review and identify any areas of concern. The Creator will have up to 7 days to provide a means of addressing the concerns if possible. All efforts to address the concern are at no additional cost as long as they are elements included within the original contract. |
