How to use rooms around campus

  • Batmale
    • rooms:
      • BATL 451 (35 people)
      • BATL 453 (50 people)
    • how to book:
      • work with Craig Persiko, the CS Department chair, to discover when these rooms are open each semester (no classes)
      • book individual meeting times via email with Craig
    • A/V access:
      • the club is responsible for bringing the necessary adapters to connect to the projector; the CS Department does not provide this
  • Rosenberg
    • rooms:
      • R304 (70 people)
      • R305 (70 people)
    • how to book:
      • Craig Persiko, the CS Department chair, and possibly any faculty member, can reserve these rooms in their Outlook
    • A/V access:
      • the Outlook appointment confirmation will include the login information for the computer in the room
      • the club is responsible for bringing the necessary adapters to connect to the projector; Media Services does not provide this
      • schedule a separate time with Jill Kersey to test using the A/V equipment
    • note: no food allowed in Rosenberg rooms
  • Multi-Use Building
    • rooms: MUB 140 (100 people)
    • how to book:
      • email Weyland Li at Building & Grounds to find out when MUB 140 is available

      • call Physical Education Department chair, Dan Hayes, to book room
