How to use rooms around campus

- BATL 451 (35 people)
- BATL 453 (50 people)
- how to book:
- work with Craig Persiko, the CS Department chair, to discover when these rooms are open each semester (no classes)
- book individual meeting times via email with Craig
- A/V access:
- the club is responsible for bringing the necessary adapters to connect to the projector; the CS Department does not provide this

- how to book:
- Craig Persiko, the CS Department chair, and possibly any faculty member, can reserve these rooms in their Outlook
- A/V access:
- the Outlook appointment confirmation will include the login information for the computer in the room
- the club is responsible for bringing the necessary adapters to connect to the projector; Media Services does not provide this
- schedule a separate time with Jill Kersey to test using the A/V equipment
- note: no food allowed in Rosenberg rooms
