In Oncogenomics home, users can search

• Gene symbol
• Patient ID
  • MRN (medical record number) search if users have permission to do so.
• Sample ID
• Project name

LabMatrix search

If granted, users are able to search patients with medical record number(MRN) or names. The Clinomics ID will be shown on the screen and users can click the link to the patient page. Note the MRNs will not be displayed for the privacy concerns.
