Description

When choosing a specific report, the system will give the user option to remove the report he filled.

Guest\ Patient.

1. The user is looking on the specific report

Post conditions

the chosen report will be removed and update the system

Sequence of events

1. The user press on remove to remove the report
2. The user will be asked to confirm the remove.

1. if at the end didn't confirm the remove

the data will not be removed
