The Firewalla Gold is a great device all on its own. There is no reason to make any changes to it to get value out of it. However, if you are interested in "improving" the Gold for no practical reason, then this is the place to be. Understand that if you do any of these things and you don't what you are doing you might really break your toy or even brick it. You have been warned. On the other hand, if you want to sup it up ... let's go and invalidate the warranty.
