We demonstrate a mechatronic pitch pipe player by Asroo2 providing critical rotation a steeper motor rotates pitch pipe and the solenoid valve turns the air on and off and when we write a program to play music the led light which blinks based on data from sensor and magnet attached to pitch pipe where asr002 detects magnetic field and the arduino connected will apply the music with arduino program. |

Three main things are involved with the working of the Stepper motor they are stator, rotor, stator winding .The stator has teeth on which a wire is a coil and the rotor is either some metallic substance or a permanent magnet. The Motor is made functional by supplying electricity to specific coils on the stator and this rotates the rotor and brings it to a specific position, this process is repeated until the desired position is achieved by the rotor. |
