THE CONTENT OF MOTORIZED SCARECROW

design a motorized scarecrow which is semi automatic and portable for the easy usage . It should have Sensors .There should be a speaker for the sensor to detect and in respond play sounds for scaring .It should have automatic arms with movable function. Material used for the model should be durable and less corrosive in nature . Model should be under 5kg and should be of dimension 75cm X 40cm .There should be 1 model per acre and all these should be under the budget of 2000 rupee. And the model should be delivered within 3 months
