Sketch a semi automatic motorized scare crow ,which is able to work fast and accurate.it as a portable and user-friendly device. it looks scary. product must be productive .The product should be around 2 feet height . The budget is around rs.5000/-. It should cover at-least 0.5 meters to detect birds and animals and weigh about 2 kgs.
