Hard to find features

Some preliminary tests and reviews indicate a lack of specific features, which are actually present, albeit a tad hidden in the user interface. Here are some of them.
I might have to post a sequence of screenshots how to get to these dialogs.

"No Z offset adjustment"

"No waste (poop) reduction setting"

It has now been set to 0.4 on my printer. 0.2 was too low to empty previous colour from the feed.
Preset is 1, the shown 0.8 were the results of my first experiments with it.
Hard to find because the screen needs to be scrolled in order to see this setting.
