Ender

Teleports entities at random or to a pre-defined location. Will spawn ender entities, particles, and some random blocks. Lasts for 8 seconds before effect ends.

Logic

Has a fixed radius of 20 meters. Will teleport any detected entity in that range. Either sending them to a random position or to a target location. T

Location setting

Any device implementing GPS storage can set the target position. This works on block and missile versions of the explosive.
