Problem

Upon checking the status of videos on an Overseer, one or multiple BB computers are failing to back up videos/event data.

Solution

  1. Check the F: drive on Overseer. If it is full, BBs cannot backup to the Overseer.

  • Tunnel into Overseer (Requires remote desktop/ Chrome remote desktop)

  • Open "File Explorer." Click on "This PC."

  • If F: is full, it will have to be replaced.
