First off... the name, The name follows this format: VRAD version, Engine Version aka 2,1.24

this is a modded version of vrad, It has smaller subdivision, smaller luxels and more passes.

Planned updates to VRAD 2,1:

Updated subdivision code -Doneish

Updated Raytrace code -doneish

Lightmapped AO (Maybe)

Higher Resolution Lightmaps -WIP

Possible VRAD 3,1:

CUDA Accelerated Radiosity -Probably not happening

Improved Ray trace calculations -Not really needed as this is being done under 2,1

Improved Lightmap's -Not needed unless radiosity is ditched
