Please read this Software License Agreement ("License") carefully before using the Vcast Software ("Software") developed by Botnoi Group. By using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.
License Grant
Botnoi Group grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this License. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this License.
Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software. You may not use the Software for any illegal purposes or to infringe on the rights of any third parties.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Software and all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated with it are the exclusive property of Botnoi Group. All rights not expressly granted to you in this License are reserved by Botnoi Group.
Termination
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Botnoi Group if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
Botnoi Group warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of your initial use of the Software. In the event of any breach of this warranty, your exclusive remedy is to cease using the Software. The Software is provided "AS IS," and Botnoi Group disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Botnoi Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of, or inability to use, the Software. Botnoi Group's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.
Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Botnoi Group concerning the Software and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
Unauthorized Access and Hacking
Any attempt to hack, modify, or bypass the Software's licensing or security mechanisms, or to access or use the Software in an unauthorized manner, is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be engaging in such activities, Botnoi Group reserves the right to take legal action against you, including but not limited to seeking damages, injunctive relief, and criminal prosecution, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Additionally, your license to use the Software will be immediately terminated, and you may be held liable for any harm, losses, or damages suffered by Botnoi Group or any third parties as a result of your unauthorized actions.
