Model Overview

AlaCC is intended for evaluation of land use and transportation projects in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. The overall model structure was adapted from MTC's Travel Model One. AlaCC includes the nine Bay Area counties and San Joaquin County. AlaCC uses Bentley's Cube software for skimming and assignment. Scenario years are available for 2015, 2020, 2035 and 2050. Land use files and network inputs are based on MTC's PBA 2050.
