Tools – My Support Tickets (/tools/support/my-tickets)

Purpose

  • Give individual users a focused queue of the support tickets they’ve raised, with filters to triage status and priority.
  • Provide quick access to ticket detail pages for follow-up conversations.

Data & Dependencies

  • SupportTicketList fetches from supportService.listTickets with scope set to my (teamId omitted so it mirrors authenticated user only).
  • Requires an access token; respects active team context only for navigation (not filtering).

Key Interactions

  • Filter controls for status, priority, and free-text search; changes reset pagination and refetch tickets.
  • Table columns include ticket summary, status chip, priority chip, created/updated timestamps, and “View” button linking to /support/issue-detail/:id.
  • Pagination footer handles multi-page results; empty/error states surface inline messages.
