Adding a sign

Line 1: [VotingPlugin]
Line 2: Position
Line 3: All/Monthly/Weekly/Daily

Note: Final outcome is configurable.

Video on setup:

Signs will update in a 3x3 unless you set a skull by clicking the sign then the skull

Heads:

3x3 Cube of heads (Center of cube is sign, max size, as shown by first head, unless skull is set)
