Workflow Examples

To create a table from a mosaic:

• Open the mosaic file by going to File >> Open MIMS Image and selecting the nrrd or by dragging and dropping the file into the OpenMIMS plug-in window.
• Draw and select the desired ROIs in the MIMS ROI Manager.
• Under the Tomography tab, select the statistics and masses to be tabulated.
• Create the table by clicking on the Table button. A new window will open displaying the tabulated data.
• The table can then be saved as a csv file using the file menu of the table window.
