Displaying Sample Information - BU-ISCIII/iskylims GitHub Wiki
There are 2 options to get the Sample information:
- Searching for a Sample
- Click on the Sample link when looking the project information
Displaying Sample Basic Information
On the basic information we can see the responsible investigator name for this sample, the project and the run that this sample belongs to.
Displaying Quality
Next information we can see is the quality information for this sample. A speed meter display in a graphical way the sample quality.
Displaying Percentage
The last information is the percentage that this sample (in red) has in relation with others samples in the project.
You can download the graphic by click on the top right icon.
