Displaying Project Information - BU-ISCIII/iskylims GitHub Wiki

There are 2 options to get the project information:

  1. Searching for a project
  2. Click on the project link when looking the run information

Any of then will provide the same information.

Displaying Project Basic Information

Project information is organized on panel groups. The top panel shows the basic information about the project like, project name, the Library kit used, and provide also a link to download the file that should be used at illumina BaseSpace.

Displaying Flowcell Summary

The Flowcell information is split in two parts. The first one contains the numbers of Samples for the project , Cluster and Yield information for the project.

Project flowcell information The second part display the quality information divided per lane.

Displaying Used Samples

The last piece of information for a project is the description of each sample in the project.
