Some skills that increase fire rate also INCREASE burst fire delay, yup they increase it, so this mod fixes that making the skills reduce burst fire delay as well as adding the information to the skill descriptions and card.
I've also made 'Burst Fire Skill Descriptions' which adds the information but doesn't change their function so it's only a visual change.
The effected skills are 'Violent Violence', 'Domino Effect', 'Fired up' and the passive from Fl4ks 'War Loader'.
Fl4k's War Loader passive now also scales with barbaric yawp
