Burst Fire Skill Descriptions

Some skills that increase fire rate also INCREASE burst fire delay, yup they increase it, this mod doesn't change their functions but it adds the information about their burst fire delay increases to the skill descriptions.
I've also made 'Burst Fire Skill Fixes' which adds the information and fixes the skills so they reduce burst fire delay instead of increasing it.
The effected skills are 'Violent Violence', 'Domino Effect', 'Fired up' and the passive from Fl4ks 'War Loader'.
