Refactoring #3 package namespace, api @version and @since

• Noticed in SDP that Kobby used a package namespace com.mildlyskilled for his battleship scala project
• Namespacing to avoid conflict would seem a good idea.
• Java say how to do it http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/java/package/namingpkgs.html
• do not have a real URL so invent a fictitious one fictitiousurl.uk
• so new *timetools package should be package uk.fictitiousurl.timetools (Refactoring #2 clean up time)

@version and @since

Have been using @since with a date but this is wrong. Instead as we are producing an api and I have release versions (kind of) lets have a go at using:
