How to register devices on MDM

1. From iPad, open the Safari internet browser and connect to http://mdmapple.bbctech.it.

2. When prompted for credentials, enter the Username and Password provided by BBC Support, then press the Log In.

3. You will see a page with all the Apple devices connected to your shop or user account. If there are multiple devices, locate and press the ENROLL corresponding to the iPad you are configuring (named "This iPad").

4. After pressing the ENROLL button, you'll be prompted with a question; select Allow.

5. The following screen will be displayed, select Install.

6. When prompted for authorization of certificates, press Install.

7. On the next message, select Trust.

8. You will see a screen indicating that the installation of the profile was successful, press Done.

9. You will be redirected to the www.mdmapple.bbctech.it website where you'll see that the iPad has been associated correctly.

How to install iPOS on IPad

10. When the previous steps have been completed it is necessary to send an email to [email protected], so that IT Support will remotely send you the IposVision APP. The following message will appear on the screen, press Install.

11. When the installation is finished you will see the icon to access iPOS

12. At the first access to iPOS from IPAD you will see the following screen, you will be asked for an activation code to perform the automatic configuration. This code will be provided by IT BBC, if authorization is requested to access the position you must press Allow

13. After entering the authentication code provided, you will see the following screen. The application is trying to configure the parameters by retrieving them from the master computer in Store.

14. If the self-configuration procedure has been completed successfully you will see the following message

How to Verify Functionality

Connect to IPOS using "iposadm" as the password, then press the login button. Finally, the menu will appear as shown in the image below:

After entering the data in the application interface click edit (password:7879) :

From menu select "Settings" to change the following data:

• Data Source: The database the application works on (the IP of the StoreServer PC in the store).
• StoreId: Store Id of the store.
• Cash Register: Default value is 1 (In case there are multiple cash registers in the store, it is incremented) and press save.

In the final step, after authentication with the ID "admin" and the corresponding password.
