How to Download what is necessary for the installation

Here you can download the kit for the installation.

You also need to download a zip file from: https://www.7-zip.org/, to un-zip the download.

Create the IPOS manifest for a Store using this documentation Negozi Manifest Creation

IPOS can be downloaded from IPOS, and select the link that matches your client necessity.

Where to install

After downloading, create a folder named BBC on drive C -> within it, create a folder named SQL that will contain the kit.

in sql folder will be only the 4 extracted items like in the photo bellow.

Settings for the installation

Open Ipos and enter only the password: iposadm, then click on Settings

a pop-up window will appear with "Retry" or Cancel and click on Cancel.

Go to Application -> and modify (in Central Server we will the IP of the SEDE as server name, for example: 10.5.6.180 we will select -> SQL Server Authentication and login -> ipos - BBCTech06 and Database -> HQR.

Then -> test connection and if everything is okay a pop-up window with OK will appear.

Go to General -> and add Store Code and Cash Register

The start of the installation

Click on Initialize Store (multiple pop-up windows will appear and click OK on all of them) and when a pop-up window appears with restart and close -> click on Close.

Then you will install SQL Server Studio with the location provided by them and wait for completion -> once completed click Close to start the SQL installation. After everything is installed, you should get something like this :

Verification

As the final step, go and login to IPOS with Username : 'ipos' and Password '1111'/'9999' and it should bring you in the same position like the photo bellow.
