Diving Rules (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

As we do not use any third party tools, and we have not collected any data... obviously we may not share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf.

With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we still may not share your information that we don't have with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

Interactions with Other Users

You may not interact with other users of the Application, so those users may not see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity, including sending invitations to other users, chatting with other users, liking posts, following blogs.

Online Postings

You may not post comments, contributions or other content to the Applications, therefore your posts may not be viewed by anyone and may not be publicly distributed outside the Application in perpetuity

Third-Party Advertisers

No advertizing is done in the app so you're safe there

Affiliates

As I'm alone in this adventure... I do not have any affiliates. So no worries I will not share your information with our affiliates, therefor those non affiliates will not need to honor any Privacy Policy.

Business Partners

I may share the no data to me, myself and I... to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

Social Media Contacts

If you connect to the Application through a social network, your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity. But I still don't quite understand where you would do that as there is no profile to connect to...

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information, but we do not need to use it as we do not gather any of your data...

POLICY FOR CHILDREN

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems [and our mobile applications] include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
