Announcement for Applying Changes in Settings

Why this change was made:

• According to this issue: there is currently no indication in the settings menu when the "apply" button is clicked. This can be doubly frustrating to users where the change may not be immediately noticeable because the change cannot be noticed nor will the settings change be heard.

The form used to make this change:

• This change took the form of an addition to a main source file. Because of the way that the settings menu is interacted with, making this addition as an addon did not feel like a viable option.

How to use this addon:

• Once navigated to the settings menu (NVDA+n -> Preferences -> Settings), the "apply" button at the bottom of the screen now announces "changes applied" upon selection.
