Our course project is vending machine. Our problem definition was to build a machine which can dispense 2 different items. There are 2 containers which can carry weight of the ingredients upto 800 grams. There should be a packing system which should pack or hold the dispensed material. So the solution with which we came was to build a dispensing system which is build by tuf material like metals which can hold maximum weight of the ingredients. The packing system will be conveyer belt which has cups placed on it. These cups exactly goes at the dispensing path. The mechanism used for dispensing the item was rack and pinion which acts as gate for the dispensing path.

The future scope for the machine we built can be seen in hotels, airports, malls. Where we can select the desired item on the digital screen make the payment and get the item. The machine built is totally automatic where there is no human interuption. This makes it fast and more fessible than conventional systems. This can be used at all the places where the crowd or the demand is more because it is quick and user friendly.
