PERTINENT INFORMATION
INTRODUCTION :
The project was designed to meet the needs of folding clothes for college student, housewives or anyone who has trouble folding the clothes. Lots of college students are annoyed by spending time folding clothes. In addition, most of the clothe folding machine in the market are either for industrial use or too expensive. We are trying to build a portable automatic clothe folding machine at a cheap cost to serve most people. It only combined the metrics from existing products but also have two folding patterns, which is more convenient and efficient.
FUNCTIONAL :
The machine will be able to fold one piece of clothe at one time and put in in stack.
QUALITY :
The machine should work smoothly and stably. The total weight of the machine should be less than 5Kg.

Description: From the video I understood that the working this machines there is a linkage mechanism which is used in this machine and there is a DC motor which helps to rotate and there are helping boards attached to machines and also I understood that three motors are attached and the boards which helps to rotate flipping mechanism and all the system is connected to power of switch ON/OFF button.

Description: The system should be programmed to fold clothes. It will operate in a semi-automated process the users only need to lay the clothes plat on the plat from and the machine takes them in for folding in this machine have used flip boards. DC motors and gear rocks are the major components which helps to rotate and fold of flip boards and also there are fold of flip boards and also there are sensors which helps to sense the cloths and all machine system is powered.

Description: The system is designed to fold the clothes. the machine works on the basis of DC Motors, belt, rock and pinion(gear) mechanisms. The sensor senses the presence of cloth with the help of sensors. The clothes are inserted into the machine through a conveyor and then cloth gets folded by flipping boards and the folded cloth dispensed through the second conveyor.
