The chocolate sorter project based on their respective sizes involves separation and storage process. There are different sorters in the industrial plants to make the work more easier by sorting out the items in large quantity which use conveyor system .Furthermore growing technological manufacturers or other optimistic factors in growing the acceptance of sorting machine. The purpose of this model is to design and implement a system which automatically separates products based on their sizes. This machine consists of conveyor belt. Size sensors and DC motors to reduce human efforts on mechanical manuring different types of sorting machines are being developed.
