Steps to connect Oracle Cloud Shell to Internal Network

Navigate right side of the page under Developer Tools to select Cloud Shell.

Cloud shell is open

Select the Network drop-down option from the upper tab of the cloud shell and select Private Network Definition list

Click on Private Network Definition

Select VCN,subnet for creating private network,

and select Use as active network option

Private Network is created

As we can see in below screen, Now cloud shell is connected to Private Network
