It was important to give the user the option to view information about their bird feeder remotely since it would be kept outside for long periods of time. If a session is closed, the web page will show the user how many visits they had for their last session. If this is greater than seven birds, the user will receive encouragement about their success and also a message letting them know that they should clean their feeder. If the session is open, the web page will display how many birds have visited the feeder in that session and also when the user last updated the stats. Both of these features can be seen in the screenshots below.
