The Avaya Virtual Agent is a web application in the Avaya Cloud product suite that allows users to create custom IVRs in minutes with a simple drop-down menu and web-form user interface and easy to understand reporting.
Menu Options
Add Menu Options allow you to create new branches to your virtual agent project. To create a new menu option, assign a Name, Digit, and Prompt in the Add Menu Options window. Next choose from dropdown menus which action and menu you want your new menu option to have.
Virtual Agent Settings
Virtual Agent Settings allow you to change the Avaya Cloud CPaaS numbers and DID’s used for your virtual agent project. Here you can select from a male or female voice to announce prompts and messages to end users.
⚠️ Configuration of a user’s CPaaS number to be made available in the Virtual Agent page is currently a controlled process managed by Avaya Cloud. Future releases will have the ability for users to automatically see all of their numbers and DID’s that they can see on the Avaya Cloud Dashboard.
Reports
Virtual Agent Reports allow users to view their virtual agent’s usage and other details in organized reports on a daily or monthly view.
Daily Usage Report
The view report menu on the Daily Usage Report selection allows users to filter daily usage reports based on a specific number/DID they have configured, and within a specific date range..

Similarly, monthly usage reports allow you to create reports on specific numebrs, and a given date range, but viewed per on a per-month basis.
Account
Users can view their account information on the account tab.
