7. Using Home Assistant for monitoring the P1 meter. - AvansETI/SmartMeter_DIY GitHub Wiki
Ten tweede: Installeer de DSMR Smart Meter add-on in Home Assistant.
Alles is nu klaar!
A few simple steps are necessary to connect your local Home Assistant system to the SmartMeter interface.
First: You can use the host name diy_smartmeter.local to find your SmartMeter interface that is connected to you local Wi-Fi network. You can try it out in your browser. If mDNS is not working, than you need to make sure that your SmartMeter interface has a static IP address assigned, or a reserved lease in your home's DHCP server (most likely your ISP’s internet router).
Second: Install the DSMR Smart Meter add-on in Home Assistant. This add-on is included in the default repository, so there’s no need to install HACS.
Third: Configure the smart meter in Home Assistant by entering the host diy_smartmeter.local, static IP address or reserved IP address and using port number 3141.
You're all set! You can now configure the Energy Dashboard using the newly added entities.
