Installation - Autovw/AdvancedNetherite GitHub Wiki

Advanced Netherite needs to be installed like any other Minecraft mod.
First, you need to decide on which platform you would like to play. There are two options available:

• Forge
• Fabric

Note: Mods only work on the Java Edition of Minecraft!

Step 1:

• Download Advanced Netherite (Forge / Fabric) for the version of Minecraft you would like to play on.

Step 2:

• Download and install the modloader you would like to use for the version of Minecraft you want to play on. After you've installed the modloader, go to the Minecraft Launcher and launch the game using a profile that is using the installed modloader.

Step 3:

• Place the advancednetherite-{mod_loader}-{mod_version}-{mc_version}.jar in the mods folder. The mods folder can be found in the following place(s):
  • Windows: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods
  • MacOS: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods
  • Linux: /home/user/.minecraft/mods
• Note: the Fabric version of Advanced Netherite also requires you to install Fabric API!

Step 4:

• Launch the game! Make sure you launch the game with the correct profile/installation. And have fun!

Step 5: (optional)

• Install Just Enough Items (JEI) to view all the crafting recipes in-game. The crafting recipes of Advanced Netherite can also be found here!
