Release process - Automattic/hidden-posts GitHub Wiki

The following steps show the release process of the plugin:

• Look up latest milestone on https://github.com/Automattic/hidden-posts/milestones
• Update changelog in https://github.com/Automattic/hidden-posts/blob/trunk/README.md
• Update Requires at least, Requires PHP, Tested up to and Stable tag in https://github.com/Automattic/hidden-posts/blob/trunk/README.md
• Create new tag for repo
• Publish the tag to the repo
• The repo will then push the changes to the WordPress.org plugin repo
• After the plugin had been released, double-check that all changes are visible on the WordPress.org plugin page
