Sprint Goal:

The main goals established for this Sprint were GUI Design & Implementation according to our backend code

Sprint Planning:

• Take teacher's feedback from last Sprint and make the necessary improvements (#23, #24);
• Team discussion about final changes to the GUI Mockup (#32);
• Develop the GUI (#34) (User Story ID 12);
• Improve GUI with new features (#39, #40, #41, #41, #42, #43, #46, #47);
• Alter the DB according to new changes (#33);
• Write the Installations instructions;
• Write the User Manual (#35);
• Write the Component/Package Diagram;
• Write the Deployment Diagram;
• Add Statistical Analysis feature (User Story ID 13);
• Software Delivery;

Retrospective:

1. In this Sprint we managed to keep up with the deadline purposed delivering the first version of our product;
2. New problems rose which led us to make slight changes to our code, namely the Database setup;
3. We add planned the implement a feature showing some statistics about our product input and output, which we failed to deliver;

Puzzles:

1. Some problems occur when trying to create the .jar file which presented unusual behaviors when compared to the version run on the IDE;

Review:

1. Again, we managed to present the first version of our product with core functionalities implemented. The delays introduced in past sprints were probably the cause for not delivering all of its features (Statistical Analysis);
