Sprint Goal:

The main goals established for this Sprint were Database Implementation & integration with the core code

Sprint Planning:

  • Take into account the teacher feedback that was given and improve and discuss Sprint 2 (ID #29, #24, #18, #20 & #14);
  • Do the UML State Diagram (ID #21);
  • Do the UML Sequence Diagram (ID #22);
  • Develop Database with Table Creation (ID #12) (User Story ID 8);
  • Implement Database Queries to Insert & Remove Data Data (ID #25 & #28) (User Story ID 2, 3, 6);
  • Implement Database Queries to Search for Data (ID #26) (User Story ID 7, 9);
  • Based on Queries, develop basic "Login" and "New User" functionality (User Story ID 1 e 2);
  • Implement Basic functionally with command line or other means for user interface (ID #27);

Retrospective:

  1. In this Sprint we concluded the Database Implementation and the necessary queries for the application, compensating for the delays caused in Sprint 2;
  2. We also planned to make a basic implementation, however, more team discussion was needed in order to develop the UML Sequence and State Diagrams. That led us to leave behind this last Sprint Plan in order to fulfill the need for this discussion;

Puzzles:

  1. Some delays were caused due to the need for the UML Sequence and State Diagrams which required study and project discussion;

Review:

  1. Again, we still feel like we are slightly behind schedule, but this time strong advancements were concluded in this sprint;
