- Every character is able to get to level 100 in all crafts (Hurray! No need to level crafting on mules!)
- Desynthing and Breaks have the normal reduced Skillup Rate.
- A single Synth has a max skillup of .2 below level 60 and 0.1 at or above level 60.
When you are eligible for skillups, you will be notified of your current skillup rate for that synth. When you are eligible for a HQ, you will be similarly notified. The first time you successfully make an item, if you are within skillup range, you will be guaranteed a skillup. The range is current retail, or 10 ABOVE the recipe cap. When above the recipe cap skillups drastically decrease though. The server also keeps track of how many skillups you get making specific things. Every 0.3 skillups you get, that recipe will start assuming you are one level higher than you are when calculating skillups. However, it starts at +2 difficulty, meaning the first 0.6 skillups received will be at an increased rate, the following 0.3 will be normal, and any after the first 0.9 will be at an increasingly reduced rates.
Here's an example of someone starting a new craft at 0 making a level 4 synth:

When eligible for HQs, rates will increase as you don't make that tier. HQ1, HQ2 and HQ3 are kept track of separately. To get a HQ3 you must pass the check for a HQ1 and HQ2, but the displayed number is the overall % chance to get a HQ3.
