• If you're lucky enough to create the repository you're free to choose whichever convention you want.

To make all this switching back and forth consider using EditorConfig which is a special file located in every repository and once checked out configures your code editor to the appropiate conventions. However, some conventions such as spaces between parameters etc. are not enforced by this config file, so you should still have a glance at the coding standards. Note: To use this configuration file you need to have a editor plugin installed, take a look at the project site and you'll find links to your favorite editors!

_Also, don't worry if you have trouble switching between standards and you feel like all these conventions slow down your workflow, these are guidelines which you can work on learning for as long as you please, just keep their existence in mind
