Item Search

The primary item search function is through the menu option Content → Item Search. This search box is focused on finding individual content items. It searches item name, description, and external identifier. It should provide simple stemming for the search.

As of release 1.0.1, this search does not include collection or content file information.

Submitting a Workflow

When submitting a workflow via the menu option Workflows → Run, the user selects a workflow and then can search for one or more content files to submit to the workflow. This search box will search across collection name, collection description, item name, item description, content filename, content file label, content file description and external identifier. Terms from any of these fields can be combined in the search box, and simple stemming is provided.
