Python

• All times times should be returned in seconds. This is what the database plays nice with.

• Anything that is returned from the database should be unaltered e.g. the PID value for problems should retain its capitalization.

• All folders that are created should be in lowercase to support Linux/Unix compatibility.

JavaScript

• All times should be managed in milliseconds, unless it is a timer.
