Submitting Issues

Please read this document carefully, it may help us all in doing what we are doing!

First of all, be sure to go through currently open issues and also read FAQs. In the case your problem was not mentioned on any of these places it is the right time to open your own issue.

Keep in mind that we need to be able to reproduce the problem on our own computers in order to track it down, so we need you to provide as much context as you can about the problem. Write what you did before it happened, copy or screenshot any error messages and relevant log entries. Do not be afraid to also include your theories, if you think you might have an idea what went wrong.

I know I just encouraged you to add as much information you can so we have something to work with, but please, keep it relevant to the problem. If there is another problem, open a separate issue for this problem. If you have some questions, try contacting me first.
