The first thing to do to create a Discord bot is to create an application. To do this, just click on the "New Application" button, top right. Choose a name for your application and a configuration panel will open. In the "General Information" section there is no information of the bot but of the application, in fact we have not created the bot.

To officially create the bot, we need to go to the "Bot" section. At this point we click the "Add Bot" button, top and right. Immediately afterwards a screen will open where we can change the profile image, the name but above all view the Token. The Token is very important, in fact it is a super confidential code and through that, any person could control the bot.

How do I get the bot into my Discord server?

To let the bot enter a Discord server, we must go to the "OAuth2" section, go down and click the "Bot" checkbox, at this point another window will appear below where we can choose the role that the bot will have in the servers . In this case we will choose administrator and copy the link that we will see above. Just paste the link in our browser and that's it!

It will sound strange but we have created our own bot. Now all you have to do is add commands!
