Party

Party (formerly the standalone PartyAddon mod) lets you group up with other players to share experience and coordinate on the map.

Forming a party

• Invite another player to your group from the Party screen (open it with the Party keybind, or from the in-game menu).
• They accept the invite to join your group; group members show up in the Party screen with their name and level.
• A group has a configurable maximum size (7 players by default).
• The group leader can kick members from the group.
• Group invitations expire automatically after a short time if not accepted.

Shared experience

Whenever a group member picks up vanilla experience orbs, or earns WandererZ player experience, a portion is shared out to nearby group members too — so partying up with friends means everyone benefits from each other's grinding, not just whoever landed the kill. Larger groups also earn a small XP bonus per member, with an extra bonus once the group is full. Vanilla-XP sharing and WandererZ-XP sharing can each be toggled off independently by the server.

Commands

• /party join — accept your current pending group invitation.
• /party leave — leave your current group.

Requirements

Party has no required dependencies beyond what WandererZ already needs. Clumps and Xaero's World Map are optional — if installed, clumped XP orbs are shared correctly and group members' positions can show up on your map. See Compatibility for the full list.
