Severity: Error
To the end user this indicates an uncertain identification. To a data custodian,
this should indicate that an identification qualifier has been inserted in
scientificName, which is not allowed in Darwin Core. Also, if the qualifier
has not also been supplied separately in the identificationQualifier term, it
means that queries on identificationQualifier will not turn up all uncertain
identifications.
Data custodian recommendations
Remove the question mark from the scientificName field and supply it, together
with the part of the scientific name that comes after it, in the
identificationQualifier field.
