Hi there, this is Guy Godin the leader of Astro Bookings on the kingdom of digital marketing. But, you can call me CMO if you want.

We are thrilled to tell you about our marketing strategy. And the role we want your solution to play.

We need a landing page where we can showcase the next flights and the list of our hotels with the number of rooms available.

In addition, when there is a new scheduled launch, we want to inform our VIP clients first by email, giving them a link to the click-and-book landing page. Where they could reserve their trips in a first-come, first-served real-time way before they are offered to the rest of the public. Any client can book up to four seats, but VIPs can take two more.

Also, there are rules for cancellation. Any client can do it any time, but providers will refund only 80% if they do it two months before launching, 50% if more than one month before, and nothing on the last month. And our fees will be calculated according to this nasty reality.

Of course, in case of cancellation by operator’s fault, they will refund 100% to travelers but we will charge 50% of the usual fee to them for the costs of our intermediation.

One more thing, we want our site to be SEO-friendly and super easy to use. Translated in English and Spanish and fast as a rocket.
