Assets

The Assets that would be needed for this Battleship Game will be:

Images:

• A total of 10 Battleship Pieces, 5 for each player. Each with a horizontal and vertical sprite for both regular and fully sunk. The sizing of these are as follows.
  • Carrier (5 spaces long)
  • Battleship (4 spaces long)
  • Cruiser (3 spaces long)
  • Submarine (3 spaces long)
  • Destroyer (2 spaces long)
• The background images
• Markers for both hits and misses
• A scoreboard and a main menu

Animations:

• An explosion animation
• A final sinking animation

Sounds:

• Explosion sound effect for a hit
• Splash sound effect for a miss
