In This phase, we are working on the details requirements analysis of project to execute project in best manner. Requirements gathering and analysis phase completed in which we finalized project scope and found out core system requirements along with design and implementation planning. We spend maximum time on project requirements / Scope document and planning phase because project planning is the major portion of project management to execute project in efficient way.

Issues and Recommendations

Major issues that we faced during project planning are given below along with recommendations;

• Defining system scope and project goal with respect to project objective and align with user requirements. Then second issue was decision of rights tools and technologies for the smooth execution of project scope on time with available resources along with best development strategies and planning. For the better project scope planning we must involve all stakeholders and get all requirements and all members agreed on requirements. Project scope, time and budget will be realistic to deliver.

• Decision of user interface planning is also critical part in planning phase on the basis of user interface we will decide technologies prevention from any types of external attacks to ensure that system is secured from all types of cyber-attacks. Also system integration with plugin is also challenging part. Ensure system is secured with SSL Certificate and communication will be proceed via secured channel.
