Report Layout

In this report we included project status summary with complete requirements and milestones to show project progress and also mentioned different types of project risks along with risk constraints analysis. This project status report is also updated on GitHub. All team members worked together on mentioned tasks to execute project in efficient way.

Status Summary

In This phase, we are working on the details requirements analysis of project to execute project in best manner. Requirements gathering and analysis in the process to be completed along with design of project in few weeks. Because project planning is the major portion of project management so we are giving maximum time to planning phase.

Milestones

There are different Milestones which will be achieved for successful deployment, these milestones are given below: • Requirements Gathering & Analysis • Design and Implementation • Website Design & Development with front end • Backend logic and core processes execution • Deployment & Testing • Purchase of Domain & Web hosting server • Optimized SEO • Plugin Integrations • User testing and Go live

Risk Constraints Analysis

There are multiple types of risks in project management like project scope, project timeline and requirements of end users, most of team will not define project scope with end users and do not define system boundaries which will cause project failure. Also time management is not defining in with project deliverables, so every aspect of project must define in project planning. In Some of case project vision will be compromised so there will conflict between solution & Requirements. There are different types of security risk which will be associated with project with respect to cyber threats, etc. Also risk will be miscommunication between management and project team leading toward poor project planning, exceed project cost, also inappropriate timelines/ estimation is also major risk in project management which will create major issues for management with respect to cost, time and planning.
